Control joints and cracks are where a concrete floor starts to come apart: edges spall under traffic, wheels catch, and dirt and water work their way in. Filling them with a semi-rigid filler supports the joint edges, keeps the floor easy to clean and stops small damage turning into a large repair. It is the step we most often carry out on floors that are otherwise sound.
